As many will know, we usually have our amazing ‘Carols by Canlde Light’ just before Christmas….the church is lit with multicolour, the children tell us the story of Jesus’ birth and we all sing along to some wonderful carols.

This year we are creating a wonderful online version…with everyone involved as usual….but just in a different way to normal!Ho Ho Ho….

Boxing Day Family Quiz

We held our annual Boxing Day Quiz this year again. A great turnout and a wonderful quiz prepared by last years winners. With the usual dodgy questions, bad scores and lots of fun, it was a great success!

All winnings were donated back to HCPT Group 25 who we chose to support.

Christmas Nativity

What a wonderful Christmas period we have had here at St Williams. Starting with our annual Christmas story brought to us by the children of the parish. This year we took it back to basics and the children told the story in candlelight, with the whole church lit by candles, each of which had been placed in memory of someone.

The children put so much effort into telling the story and their costumes. Have a look at a few pictures here.

Water Walk for Water Aid

Sunday 22nd May saw our amazing children complete a Water Walk in aid of Water Aid. They carried buckets of water around the churchyard to remind them about the efforts some people have to go to get clean drinking water. Read more

Fundraising for Teesside Hospice

Our mini spring fayre held at the church was a great success! The support was amazing and we raised a total of £1520.00 for Teesside Hospice.

Christmas Nativity 2015

Another fantastic time at our annual christmas nativity & carol service. Each year we hold our service and this year had to be the best yet. The children of our parish told the christmas story perfectly, and seeing them in their costumes was great.

Thank you to everyone who organised the event, organising the children, playing the music and organising everything else.

Special thanks to CDB Production Solutions & PER Productions who supplied and ran the amazing lighting which transformed our church into a wonderland!
